We want you to love your Spacegoods gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your new exchange items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
